At Dazzle Bay, we want you to love your jewellery. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for store credit or refund on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Items:
- Full-priced items only
- Excludes earrings and bundles containing earrings
Conditions:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Must show no signs of wear, including:
- scratches
- bending or stretching
- exposure to perfume, water, or chemicals
- cosmetic or physical damage
Earrings Policy (Hygiene Reasons)
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- All earrings are final sale
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty
Sale & Discounted Items
- All sale and discounted items are final sale
- These items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit, depending on the situation
Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at dazzlebayjewels@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Wait for approval before sending the item back
- Once approved, return the item to the address provided
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
- If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or
- Issued as store credit
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Important Notes
- Dazzle Bay reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty
