At Dazzle Bay, we want you to love your jewellery. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for store credit or refund on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Items:

  • Full-priced items only
  • Excludes earrings and bundles containing earrings

Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Must show no signs of wear, including:
    • scratches
    • bending or stretching
    • exposure to perfume, water, or chemicals
    • cosmetic or physical damage

Earrings Policy (Hygiene Reasons)

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All earrings are final sale
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty

Sale & Discounted Items

  • All sale and discounted items are final sale
  • These items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit, depending on the situation

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at dazzlebayjewels@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Wait for approval before sending the item back
  3. Once approved, return the item to the address provided

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
  • If approved:
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or
    • Issued as store credit
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Important Notes

  • Dazzle Bay reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty
  • By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy
