Shipping policy

At Dazzle Bay, we aim to deliver your jewellery quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping information carefully.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

Standard Parcel     >   3–7 business days


International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship orders outside of Australia.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $70.

Tracking Your Order


Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at enquiries at dazzlebayjewels@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will assist you promptly.
  • We may require photos of the packaging/item for damaged claims.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs for international orders.
  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delays.
