At Dazzle Bay, we aim to deliver your jewellery quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping information carefully.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.
Standard Parcel > 3–7 business days
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship orders outside of Australia.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $70.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Track your parcel at: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at enquiries at dazzlebayjewels@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will assist you promptly.
- We may require photos of the packaging/item for damaged claims.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs for international orders.
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delays.
